After winning “Europe’s Leading Destination” award earlier this June, Portugal has won, for the third year in a row, the award of “[World’s Leading Destination 2019″](https://www.worldtravelawards.com/award-worlds-leading-destination-2019) at the World Travel Awards!**

**In total, **Portugal won** **12 awards** in the grand final of this ceremony, and “Passadiços do Paiva (Arouca UNESCO Global Geopark)” won “World’s Leading Adventure Tourist Attraction”!
