2020 STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY(for all standard self-guided, guided, or premium tours with initial booking date up to 01st November 2020):
Our standard cancellation policies do not apply for Customized or Bespoke tours, and will be communicated on a per project basis.
Live Love Hike does not typically cancel a trip once it is guaranteed. However, due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, we will consider cancelling a trip in the 30 days prior to the tour start date based on information provided from the Portuguese Government or the Portuguese National Health Directorate (Direcção Geral da Saúde). If Live Love Hike cancels a tour according to the information from one of the institutions above mentioned, we will transfer all your credit with us for you to use as future trip credit, which does not expire. In the event of cancellation, Live Love Hike is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs.
We do not make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism.
