The man for every occasion
He guides on foot. He guides by bike. He drives the support van when needed. He prepares the detailed briefings that give self-guided groups the confidence to set off on their own, knowing exactly what to expect from the road ahead. And, when nobody’s watching, he’s also the one filming and editing videos.
That versatility isn’t just a resume line. It’s what lets him know Portugal at the smallest scale possible, not the scale of cities, but of villages. The trail nobody marks on a map. The café where nobody’s a tourist yet.
Endurance tested and proven

The corners only he knows
Among Sérgio’s favourite places are São Leonardo de Galafura viewpoint, right in the heart of the Douro valley, and the mountain bike trails of Sintra. Having guided guests across the Douro Valley, Portuguese Camino de Santiago and other regions of Portugal, Sérgio knows these landscapes not only as a local, but from countless days spent on the trails with our guests.
